Users subscribed to Basic Plan obtain perpetual, non-exclusive commercial authorization for personal small-scale Amazon store operation.

Permitted Usage

Amazon product main images, detail page pictures, ordinary listing descriptions, Amazon Sponsored Ads materials for your own single store.

Restrictions

Not allowed to resell, repackage, share generated AI texts & images to third-party stock platforms, design marketplaces or other sellers; cannot use assets to train any AI image/text model.

Restrictions

Still prohibited from repackaging our output as stock assets for resale, AI model training, trademark registration, illegal or counterfeit product promotion.

All output texts and images are generated through legally licensed third-party AI models. Amazetool retains the intellectual property of platform tool itself; users hold full commercial usage rights of downloaded AI materials after valid subscription payment.

We conduct automatic content moderation before generation to avoid obvious copyright conflicts. Users shall review all materials before uploading to Amazon Seller Central to avoid platform infringement complaints.

Redistribute, resell, gift or sub-license the AI pictures & copy generated by our platform

Train artificial intelligence algorithms, image generators or text large models with our output assets

Use materials for counterfeit, illegal, violent, adult, gambling, tobacco-related commercial content

Register any generated image as brand trademark, logo or official brand identity

AI-generated texts and images are instant downloadable digital deliverables after credit. No refund shall be arranged once materials are successfully exported, except for file damage within 24 hours after purchase.

Amazetool does not bear indirect losses including Amazon account suspension, sales loss, platform penalty caused by improper use of generated materials by users. Users shall take full responsibility for their Amazon store content release.
